Sleep Professionals of Arkansas

The first organizational business meeting of the Sleep Professionals of Arkansas  (SPA)  will be held during Arkansas Sleep 2012 on April 21, 2012 at 12:00 P.M. in the Wyndham Riverfront on 2 Riverfront Pl, North Little Rock, AR. This will be perhaps the most important meeting in the history of this young organization. Since its founding, early in 2010, it has been operating as a small group of Arkansas sleep providers who had a vision of forming a state wide organization. There efforts have created a foundation that allows the organization to begin its move to the next level. SPA has been established as a non-profit corporation, adopted inital ByLaws, elected the founding board of directors and established this website as a communication tool for the sleep community of Arkansas. Perhaps, the board of directors most rewarding achievment has been to bring together willing sleep professionals to fulfill one of our organizational goals Arkansas Sleep 2012. The board envisions this as just the begining. It is time to move to the next level by bringing the membership together at the business meeting. The major goal of this meeting is to stimulate member involvement. It is you the members who must firmly voice how you believe SPA can best serve you and the patients you serve. We must affirm the areas of interest we want to focus on and then establish the work force to achieve meaningful results that will make a difference.
